I am a practical and people focused strategic thinker in the Finance space. I begin with the strategy and vision to drive business success and create client-focused businesses. My strength is in quickly understanding a business, what drives it, in simple terms, and how its clients, people and culture, and the environment in which it operates can maximize its growth. I thrive on supporting entrepreneurs – making sure that the ideas ultimately become reality. I bring the rigour (including modern business practises), and converting that into a growth strategy. Then I implement that strategy across the business and ensure finance is there as an enabler to make a measurable contribution to the success of the business.
